Transport assignments are intended to be performed exclusively by appropriately licensed and insured independent transport operators.
01Supplier licence verification+
Operators are asked to provide current passenger-transport licences or permits before assignment.
02Insurance documentation+
Evidence of appropriate insurance is requested and held on the supplier file.
03Vehicle and driver information+
Assigned vehicle and driver details are collected from the independent operator for the movement.
04Operational records+
Bookings, allocations and completion notes are retained as an operations record for the partner programme.
05Data protection+
Passenger and partner data is handled only as needed to coordinate the movement. See Privacy.
06Incident reporting+
